Agile Content and Tessellis Group join forces to bring Agile TV platform to Italy
Agile Content, the Spanish publicly listed company and provider of streaming and internet television solutions, announces an agreement with Tessellis Group, the telecommunications company renowned for broadband services, offering internet and telecommunications nationwide throughout Italy.
The main objective of this alliance between the two companies is to provide TV services to over 780,000 broadband customers of Tiscali in Italy, enhancing their competitive position in a market with significant growth potential like Italy.
Agile Content will manage the TV service through its business division “Agile TV Platform,” extending its success with other providers and capitalizing on the momentum of broadband in Italy, where there are plans to expand fiber access to more than 7.5 million households with Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) access in the next 5 years.
